祕法光輝和達拉然光輝(達拉然賣的那本法術書)的文字說明修改為:現在增加目標的

10%法傷跟5%暴擊,持續一小時

Frostfire Bolt damage was increased by 16%.

霜火球的傷害提高16%


Talents

Incanter's Ward now grants up to 30% (was 36%) increased spell power for 15
sec, based on the absorption used. The passive effect increases spell power
by 8% (was 10%) and increases mana regeneration by 65%.

翻得不是很好,我想可能是假設火法爆擊20%,火球術 霜火球 炎爆術 灼燒的爆擊

是20% X 1.5= 30% 這樣的意思吧
